Trans Florida Student Arrested After Explosive Meltdown Over 'Misgendering'

imagine hiring a plumber and they go, “sorry, i looked at your twitter and you have opinions i don’t like, so i won’t fix your sink.” that’s basically how ridiculous this art discourse sounds. you’re selling a service, not conducting an ideological purity test.

The sentence "art is a luxury" has always struck as low IQ to me because no, who tf are *you*? Women's bags are not collectively a luxury, Gucci is. Same with art, if you're a 20 years old nobody with 1k followers and mid art, you're not "luxury", just a nobody with an ego.

Dear God some people are insufferable. Don't like an artist's price? Find another artist. Artist rejects your commission? Find another artist. Artist doesn't like your politics so they reject your commission? Find another artist. Artist said your booty hole stinks? Find another fucking artist. Dear God y'all are entitled as fuck. If it's so easy and so accessible and you think artists overcharge up the ass, do it yourself. But you can't. So you find someone, you research, you look into it and you find someone in your price range. But again, I guess it's easier to just bitch and moan on Twitter and bash artist for charging luxury prices for a luxury hobby. Okay.

Palworld 1.0 is selling well according to Alinea Analytics, the full release has already sold more than 1.8 million copies since launching on July 10. The analyst estimates the game has now sold around 30.5 million copies overall, with nearly 86% of those sales from Steam. Around 65% of all players are on Steam, showing that Valve’s platform continues to be Palworld’s biggest audience. The report estimates Palworld has generated around $700 million in revenue, making it one of the biggest new gaming IPs in recent years.

This is the guy calling AI "Slop". Must feel fucking horrible that the AI do a better job in seconds than whatever the fuck this is. Even the Slop AI produces looks better.

Artists have the right to refuse service if they disagree with how their art will be perceived. If they dont agree with you or your ideals, they dont have to agree to do art because its "an opportunity". Some people value their morals and ideals more than your money.

@FrankKnix2 @usagiiart So, Never did shit about that, didn't know it existed until just barely. Richie is in fault for that, like Miia is. Miia is a transphobe, and Richie is trying to shame them for sticking to their religion.

🚨Nintendo is trying to own the concept of throwing a ball to catch a creature And the Japan Patent Office just rejected them for the second time this month The examiner said the patent lacks technical originality The prior art they cited to reject it was a Pokémon fan game The original lawsuit covered three specific patents -Throwing a ball with a success probability indicator to capture a wild creature -Using directional inputs to aim and launch a capture device at a creature -Real-time switching between rideable creatures Patent analyst Florian Mueller says Nintendo's amendments leave them with no path to securing meaningful relief against current versions of Palworld Next court hearing is October 1 in the Tokyo District Court and verdict expected November Do you think Nintendo should be able to patent a mechanic this basic?

Remember the poor girl that refused a commission of doing Genshin characters making out got DESTROYED and HARASSED for DAYS by artists and vtubers, but now artists are "free to refuse for any reason". Y'all fucking pathetic and deserve every AI pic that gets generated.

Stop treating Artists like they're some kind of casual off the record hand shake. You are making a transaction, a business transaction. Just like literally ANY other business, they have the right to refuse you for any reason.

So you're gonna decline my request because I dont have the same think - there goes a close half grand you could've earned but you decided to be unprofessional.

This is genuinely a good reason to stop using AI. Even if you don’t care about either the environmental impact or their training on stolen data (which you should, but I digress), think of it like this: If I see your video and my first impression is an AI thumbnail, my first reaction is gonna be: “If you didn’t want to put in the effort to make a good thumbnail, why should I believe you put in the effort to make a good video?” People don’t want to watch a creator who cuts corners like that.

leaking dms with an artist that respectfully denied your commission while being honest and putting them on blast is like three times as scummy

You can't be an AI "artist" bc AI "art" is not real art 🗣️
