I think the worst part of the Anti-AI crowd is that they KNOW it’s not theft. They’ve had it explained to them more than enough times. And yet, never mind the creativity AI has unleashed, or the fact that millions upon millions of people are enjoying making stuff and unleashing their ideas… the anti AI crowd is so cruel than they just want to take away a tool that has brought joy to so many.
I really do think that the Anti-AI crowd, at this point… are just rotten people.

@Fumishiroyummy AI doesn't create anything similar to how Photoshop doesn't create pixels on a screen. AI is used as a tool in a large suite of other tools (including said Photoshop). It doesn't have a will of its own and it definitely can't just "generate" a vtuber model with a single click.

1) If the claim is only about the carbon footprint, it's still pretty significant if you take all the data centers that are supposed to be built out, but carbon footprint is only a small part
