I understand it was a tough win with a lot of nerves, but to celebrate like that against a teenager... Really? 🤦‍♂️ Another confirmation that Kyren Wilson's the biggest cunt on the tour. And no one is even close. #WorldChampionship

@Frankbone17 @thedarshakrana There are no drug references in the movie other than smoking. And only two people smoke. Cypher, and Oracle. Think about that.

The most quoted "there's no spoon" scene from Matrix is the most misunderstood scene. The boy tells Neo the spoon doesn't exist. Most people think this means "nothing is real, everything is simulation." Wrong interpretation. Completely backward. The spoon exists. The child exists. The conversation exists. What doesn't exist is the boundary between the spoon and Neo. The separation is the illusion. When you try to bend a spoon with your mind, you're operating from the assumption that "you" are separate from "spoon." Subject acts on object. Mind controls matter. That duality creates the impossibility. The child figured out something neuroscientists are just confirming: Your brain doesn't distinguish between self and environment the way you think it does. The neural networks that represent "your body" extend seamlessly into the networks that represent "the space around your body." The boundary exists in language, not in neural reality. For example, a tennis racket becomes an extension of your arm, a race car becomes an extension of your body. The instrument stops being separate and starts being you. The spoon bends because Neo stops treating it as external. The separation dissolves. There's no spoon to manipulate because there's no separate self doing the manipulating. This is grounded in science. Embodied cognition research shows your brain can map the tools and objects you focus on as real extensions of your body schema. Pianists’ brains often represent piano keys within their finger map. Surgeons’ brains can represent their instruments as extended limbs. The Matrix scene was accidentally teaching applied neuroscience disguised as sci fi philosophy. The real takeaway: Stop trying to change things outside yourself. Recognize that the "outside" is a cognitive construction. The spoon bends when you realize you are the spoon.

@Drumpfald @thedarshakrana i used to believe the cookie and the pill were drug references, along with the white rabbit reference, but there are good counter arguments. the digital 'cookie' is a good one, as is the tracking programme.

@thedarshakrana The cookie is the most misunderstood scene. He had to accept cookies so oracle could track him.

@TheSergioGarcia You don’t have to apologize for anything. The only one who should apologize is Rory for skipping multiple events & then playing Augusta day in and day out. He won last year and doesn’t know how to act. Others masters don’t do that because they have class & integrity.

@TomiLahren There are 10 cops there for 1 guy with a 2x4. And they let the dog get beat for about 10 seconds before doing anything. Pathetic.

At first I was pissed watching him hit the dog, but then the feel good moment came when the dog latched on to that piece of shit’s arm and took him down. Best video I’ve seen all day.

Scottie Scheffler beat Rory McIlroy by 11 shots on the weekend and became the first player since 1942 to go bogey-free in both the 3rd and Final rounds and still lost by 1

Obviously gotta put an asterisk next to Rory’s back to back. None of the others guys who have done it skipped 3 tour events and abandoned their wife and child to go play Augusta 7 days a week. Games gone.

Pet peeve: to "decimate" means to reduce by 10%, so stop using it like it's a synonym for "destroy." Just say "destroy." You don't sound smarter, you sound stupid.

Rory McIlroy admitted he had an unfair advantage “this place feels like my home course. I haven't played anywhere else in the last 2 or 3 weeks... I felt prepared that wherever I hit it on the golf course, I sort of know what to do. I know where to miss.”

This statement from Rory McIlroy after blowing a historic 6-shot lead, comes across as wildly arrogant & has a mentality of “one Masters championship is enough for me” Tiger Woods would never answer a question like this.

The debate will rage on. With 2 to get from 2, should you take the single that ensures there is at least a super over? Or should you back yourself to get a boundary off the last ball? Or at worst, a single? It is easy now that we know what happened but I think the single was on
