@SouthwestAir Yes and they said they are busy but I will be getting a callback from a specialist about delivery of luggage. Won’t be available at hotel for delivery and I had some essential items I needed for the day
Dear @SouthwestAir delayed start due to damage in cargo in which your staff indicated that luggage was being moved. Landed and was told lugggage was on a different flight. No luggage since 8am #unhappycustomer
