It's reminding me of the time I had to really fight to get an actor in to voice a VR therapist (for actual treatment!), because the higher-ups couldn't understand why mentally unwell people might respond badly to their treatment being delivered by a Text-to-Speech bot. 🫠

I thought we'd moved away from this attitude that programmers are 'the development team' and everyone else is just support staff. But I guess I'm not surprised about the CEO of a monopolistic company being out of touch and lacking empathy. 🙄
