@Anneke172351868 Ik zaag niet dat ik maar 4 Euro moet betalen bij de dokter. Ik vind het alleen ongepast dat er anderen zijn die nóg minder moeten betalen. En dat zijn vaak (altijd?) dezelfden die ook al lagere tarieven krijgen voor huisvesting, energie, enz...

Diegenen die nu zitten te zagen dat ‘ze maar 4 euro moeten betalen bij de dokter’… zijn dat dezelfde die vroeger 25-30 euro neertelden, hun getuigschrift opstuurden naar de ziekenkas en dan exact dezelfde 4 euro netto overhielden? 🤡

With this act Belgium joins a short and shameful list, together with Ireland, of countries that use criminal law to prosecute Jews for practicing Judaism. This is a scarlet letter on Belgian society. The Brith Mila is the cornerstone of Jewish faith. Many countries in Europe and around the world have created legal frameworks to facilitate the brith and Jewish religion freedom in their countries. I call upon the Belgium government to act immediately and to find a solution.

@gidonsaar There IS a solution. Ritual circumcision is allowed, if performed by a medically educated person, in a appropriately hygenic environment. Said Mohels have no medical degree and therefor are not qualified to perfom the ritual, according to Belgian law. End of discussion.
