@Mileistesfr On est en France. Et je me base sur des observations personnelles. Toute ma carrière, le leitmotiv c’était "tu donnes le maximum et on te donne le minimum". Croire que les patrons voudraient payer plus c’est du foutage de gueule.

Typique d'une personne avec une compréhension 0 de l'économie. Il n'y a aucun SMIC dans la plupart des cantons suisses et les caissières y sont payées 4500 euros par mois. Les patrons ne le font par bonté de coeur ou parce que "le coût de la vie est plus élevé en Suisse", ils le font car s'ils ne paient pas 4500 euros, ils ne trouvent personne. Pourquoi ne trouvent-ils personne? Parce que l'économie suisse est extrêmement dynamique, que la productivité moyenne y est très élevée et que l'industrie cartonne. Comme beaucoup de gens ont beaucoup d'argent car ils créent beaucoup de richesse, il y a une demande forte pour tout type de service. Ces fournisseurs de service doivent engager des employés à faible qualification. Vous êtes gérant de supermarché, si vous ne voulez pas payer 4500 euros, alors quelqu'un d'autre les paiera pour l'engager comme serveuse ou femme de ménage. Le supermarché peut se le permettre car le pouvoir d'achat des suisses est suffisant pour faire tourner son business à ce type de salaire. Magie du capitalisme et la productivité, une caissière finit avec un salaire de cadre supérieure français alors qu'elle fournit le même travail qu'une caissière française. L'Etat n'y a pas mis son nez. Il n'y a pas eu de "lutte sociale", de syndicat ou de loi à la con. Vous voulez éradiquer la pauvreté ? Laissez faire.

@MathieuL1 Le montant réel du principal de ton prêt baisse du montant de l'inflation annuel. En 5 ans, tu as "remboursé" 10% même en ne payant rien. Quand tu prends en compte ce montant, tu te rends compte que les intérêts ne coûtent pas grand chose en réalité.

Dans certains pays, comme la Suède, les Pays-Bas ou le Danemark, on peut prendre un prêt immobilier et n'en payer que les intérêts. Ça permet de se rendre compte très vite qu'au lieu de payer 1000€ de loyer mensuel, on paie en fait, en achetant : - 600€ d'intérêts mensuels à la banque + l'assurance du prêt + les frais fixes à l'achat (frais d'agence, frais de notaire, etc.) + les charges de copro complètes + la taxe foncière + l'assurance habitation pour propriétaire + potentiellement des dépenses imprévues (ballon d'eau chaude, ravalement de façade, etc.) Et finalement, on se rend compte qu'être locataire coûtait moins cher.
