Nah I know what I need as I use to be deep into health and wellness but these are the best versions of each of these nutrients/minerals I’ve ever taken and it’s made a massive difference. 100% recommend getting labs done though if you can. If you’re someone who will just procrastinate and never get the labs done though, then I definitely think you should kind of take some time to try things out and see if they make a difference in your life.

It’s kinda crazy how much missing just 1 or 2 essential nutrients/minerals can affect your overall well being and happiness. I can’t even begin to explain the impact it’s had on my happiness since I started taking these two. Side note: It’s important to take high quality products with the correct type of nutrient/mineral as well. Some types don’t absorb as well as others or whatever.

It appears that the window for launching a token and seeing it do an instant 2-3x is closed for now. Most recent token launches are down bad: $OMNI $W $PARCL Market unable to absorb all the additional liquidity + people getting airdrops seemingly want to cash them in instead of the "stake for more airdrops in the future" meta.

Frequency, nr. of different contracts, wallet age, volume should weight in Btw I'm using Jumper way before the rumours about airdrop started and I'd used it regardless of the token
