I don’t usually put personal things on here, but I too happy about this! After meeting on our first day at the University, we ran our first half marathon almost 25 years later together Saturday. I am looking forward for our next ones!

Cardiovascular (CV) disease is the leading cause of death for patients on dialysis. Based on prelim evidence showing cooler dialysis fluid may have CV benefits, a growing # of dialysis centres use cooler dialysis fluid temp of 36°C or lower rather than standard temp of 36.5°C. 1/

We are all vulnerable to getting crazy, and then acting self-destructively. One of my goals has been recognizing when I’m crazy, avoiding acting, and getting lots of advice and guidance. A key helpful observation in recognition is that feeling helpless readily generates craziness
