Long Term Solution Current levels of political influence in individual cities and counties fall short of what is needed. Black Americans should establish their own independent political party dedicated exclusively to Black American interests and pursue super majority demographic and political control over a Contiguous Region of States. The proposed region would include North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Tennessee. Together these states cover roughly 400,000 square miles, contain a population approaching 50 million people, and generate a combined GDP of approximately $3.6 trillion, making the territory economically comparable to many of the world’s largest national economies like France, Great Britain and Japan. Within this region Black Americans would assume full responsibility and accountability for its defense and internal security (State Defense Forces - Arm, Navy and Airforce). Black Americans would set and collect taxes, make and enforce regulations governing the conduct of individuals, institutions, and corporations operating inside the region’s borders. Entities or individuals demonstrably hostile to Black American interests, or those that engage in fraud, exploitation, or harm directed at the community, would be excluded or removed. The region would maintain strict immigration and public-safety policies: undocumented immigrants, large-scale drug traffickers, individuals convicted of murder or other serious violent crimes, and others who commit egregious offenses would be barred from residing or operating there (while still allowing for redemption and second-chance opportunities for members of the community who have served their sentences). Black Americans would control the distribution of public benefits, natural resources, essential goods, and critical services throughout the region. They would hold exclusive authority to legislate, adjudicate, regulate intra-state commerce, and issue or revoke professional licenses, occupational permits, business certifications, and other credentials. Between 1957 and 2000, many African nations, including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa, restricted mass citizenship or permanent residency for Black Americans, primarily due to fears that a large influx of this diaspora would seize dominant control over national economic and political institutions. Similar to the political and economic dominance and maneuvering of Chinese minorities, I observed in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia). Black Americans were seen as possessing an "uncompetitive advantage" due to centuries of living in Western society, higher educational levels, access to capital, US Manufactured Goods, Western professional experience, and familiarity with Western standards and ideas. This threat was amplified by their similar, yet distinct, racial appearance (Unlike the Hindu-Indians, Whites & Middle-Eastern), which would have allowed them to integrate seamlessly while commanding key sectors of the economy. $91 million Tax Fraud: US Moves To Strip Nigerian Convict Of Citizenship The United States Department of Justice has filed a civil complaint seeking to revoke the citizenship of a Nigerian, Emmanuel Oluwatosin Kazeem, over his role in a large-scale identity theft and tax fraud scheme. According to a press release issued by the department on Thursday, Kazeem orchestrated a massive identity theft and tax fraud scheme that targeted over 259,000 victims and attempted to steal more than $91 million from the US Internal Revenue Service.

The Role of State Oversight We cannot ignore the role of the state in maintaining this low crime rate. China employs a sophisticated internal security apparatus, including: Mass Surveillance: The integration of AI and facial recognition into public life. Strict Prohibitions: Draconian drug laws, pornography is strictly illegal and subject to severe criminal penalties, homosexuality is not a crime, however it remains heavily censored, and a total ban on civilian firearm ownership. The Social Credit System: Incentivizing "good" behavior through digital tracking. While these measures effectively suppress street crime and organized violence, Western critics argue they come at the cost of human rights and privacy, freedoms that Americans consider non-negotiable. Is the U.S. "too free"? From a strict security standpoint, freedom is indeed messy. It allows for the expression of grievances that can lead to conflict. Furthermore, a high-freedom society or "too much freedom" becomes a liability for those who lack foresight, long-term planning, impulse control, self-regulation, and is prone to immediate gratification. China’s low crime rate is a product of a culture that values the whole over the part, a homogenous population that reduces internal friction, and a government that exerts total control over the public square.
