Whatever life gives you, even if hurts, just be strong and act like you're okay. Strong walls shake but never collapse.

Early this morning, somewhere in Nigeria, a retired factory worker checked the alert on his phone. For 21 years, that alert read N18,000. This month, as in every single month now, it reads N206,000. - Omolola Oloworaran, director-general of the National Pension Commission (PenCom)

Nigerian winger Miko Dalha has parted ways with Lithuanian club FK Babrungas, bringing an end to a spell in which he established himself as one of the team's standout attacking players. He played a key role in Babrungas' campaign, earning plaudits for his speed, direct running and ability to trouble defenders throughout the season. Despite his contributions, the club and player have now gone their separate ways, a reminder that in football, decisions are often driven by business as much as performances. At just 21 years old, Dalha still has plenty of time on his side and his displays in Lithuania are likely to have attracted interest from clubs both within Europe and beyond. The big question now is: Where next for Miko Dalha?

France will be battling for Bronze. They won 🏅 in 2018 They won🥈in 2022 They might win 🥉in 2026. We need to see the Brazilian sparks again at the World cup big stages.
Bamidele👷🏿👳🏿‍♀️🤖@abdulmalikoama

Brazil may have the more iconic and skillful players, but over the past two decades, France has had better World Cup campaigns overall. The only tournaments where Brazil outperformed France were 2010 and 2014.

The crazy thing about Ocean Bay is that, there was a massive Lagoon at the end of the estate and it’s connected to the ocean. I can promise you they have sand filled it since the time we built there in 2016. Same thing with Royal Pine estate gate 3. If they want to solve the flooding in Orchid road, they should call me. I will show them all the recently sand filled areas there.

Spain taught France and the rest of the football world that football remains a team sport. A well-oiled, balanced team with a near-perfect understanding of their tactics would defeat a team of superstars 7/10 times.

Can't believe France can be turned to this. Dem no even see ball play. And una talk am o 😀 At this point, they can only be saved by moments of individual brilliance. Spain is tactically superior.

If Spain wins this match and qualify to play Argentina in the finals, that will be the Ultimate passing of the torch. The most poetic full-circle moment in modern sports history. Lamine Yamal, a kid whose very beginning was captured in a frame with Messi, now stands directly in his path. To build his own kingdom, the apprentice must now overcome the icon who held him before the world even knew his name. E no go bad oh❤️

That is the part of building a business the highlight reels never show. Everyone wants to own the buildings. Almost nobody warns you that owning them means a lifetime of leaking pipes, dead generators, tenant complaints, and 2am phone calls. The glamorous businesses are usually the ones you have not run yet. Every empire has a boring, thankless engine room, and the founder's real job is often just to keep showing up to the part everyone else finds beneath them. The money is rarely in the exciting bit. It sits in mastering the headache nobody else wants to touch.

Of all the things my company does, the one I dislike most is FACILITY MANAGEMENT. It is one heachache of service with zero to little gain. I delegated the executive oversight of that service to thevcompany's GM, with strict instruction that they should get me involved only in very high-level, high-risk events. Every other thing, please solve it without letting me know. I exited the Whatsapp group of that line of service. I do not attend their meetings. Just give a few word report of what is happening there during general meeting. But I rate the team handling it highly - from the facility officers to the GM. - Managing tenants - Managing owners of completed properties - Managing neighbourhood of our completed properties (Landlord associations, residents associations etc) - Managing facility personnel (security, cleaners - this one is not too hard) - Managing service providers (NEPA, Lawma etc) Some tenants are extremely problematic. Some property owners too. And you are inbetween them. All of these without any significant gain, nowhere commensurate with the efforts abd manhours. And people don't pay. I prefer to focus on property development. After property is completed, I don't even step into some properties in two years. I only hear brief what is happening from our able GM who is the highest authority in our management function. Facility management wahala too much.
