The president offered multiple off ramps, but was very clear throughout this process: the drug trafficking must stop, and the stolen oil must be returned to the United States. For those that follow my FEI game projections pretty closely, I recognized this week that I made a calculation error that skewed some of the projected margins and game totals for Week 3. It wouldn't have changed projected winners, and I've fixed that issue this week.

@Steve2544433262 @RetroCoast Total BS. Anybody that has ever been through the process of bringing an H1-B employee onboard knows that it takes forever and a day. And that you don’t just go down to the visa store and get visas to hand out to people.

My wife has been unemployed for 6 months. She was her companies 7th hire. She grew her LOB from less than $1 million per year to over $300m/yr in under 2 years. The company was all Americans, and they had explosive growth. She, as well as all the other c-level, directors, and VPs, except for the Indian CEO/owner were laid off 6 months ago and replaced with H1B Indians and his family members.

Once there was a company that hired a foreigner on an #H1B visa as a manager. Within a year, he fired all the Americans and replaced them with #H1B workers from his home country. I know- because one of the fired Americans was me.

Trump just killed the H1B visa. Companies now have to pay $100K per year to bring foreign hi-skilled workers to the U.S. This will dissuade them from doing so, some jobs will be offshored. For Indian techies, the American dream just got killed.
