Hence, Justice Steve Ritikos issued warrants of arrest against these 41 Chinese nationals who had vanished, and the cancellation and forfeiture of their bail money to the government.. In fact, these 41 failed to appear at an earlier mention on April 21, reported Berita Harian. Will the Chinese authorities round up these law-breakers if their identities were provided to the embassy?
