ASNR Framework for eCom Brands After working with 400+ eCommerce brands worldwide, I’ve learned every brand owner needs 4 things: - A...cquire customers at a lower cost - S...queeze more value from their ecosystem - N...urture customers to stay top of mind - R...etain customers longer Every DTC brand has its bottleneck in at least one of these areas.

@ecmsun Is this purely related to paid ads or do you have other systems in place? (Email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp, SEO)

Road to 1M/M - Day 172 Adspend: 4640.46 Revenue: 9903.64 Profit: 4087.18 Bunch of meetings today. Really putting my focus into getting an A player into advertorial creation for my main SKU. Which is what 90% of these meetings are for. And then I also made a new solution aware advertorial that is currently being tested against my control. Seems to be doing fairly good so far, but needs more days to decide. Also some new ads were made. Happy Monday

@seanfrank Leadgen ads + Email/Sms automations instead of just direct to conversion ads. Also, live social shopping on Instagram/Facebook.

I gave meta more than $50,000,000 this year for marketing If I wanted to grow in 2025, and wanted to give meta LESS money. How should I do it?

@ecomclayton I deal with email/sms marketing but I know a couple of great professionals. Also, about the ad accounts, one of our tech partners has a business exactly around this. Send a DM if you want a quick intro, I’ll be happy to help

@ecomchasedimond I have a different - positive - experience about Klaviyo’s evolution over time and I’m curious about those factors you mentioned. I get what you say, so I guess my question is: why were those things so impactful that led you to repel Klaviyo all at once this way?

A couple of key things (about Klaviyo, if that's what you're asking): Prices kept increasing. Support got worse. They felt more and more corporate as they geared to go public. Etc.

Think about the average revenue instead of the daily revenue. Some days are🔥, some are 💩, but the important thing is your average.

Let's have an honest conversation:   I've been using Klaviyo since 2017.   My email course and social posts starting in 2020 drove 100's and 100's of brands and agencies to start using Klaviyo.   Those brands and agencies have referred 100's and 100's more to Klaviyo.   At one point, I was their largest individual referrer. And according to our Klaviyo rep, at one point, our agency was their top agency for managed book of business on the platform.   But a few years ago, I started to see a major shift at Klaviyo and I wasn't a fan of it so I started looking for other email platforms to work with.   I had found that in Sendlane. I backed the biggest underdog in the space. I wanted a David vs. Goliath moment and we had our 15 seconds of fame. It was great. And I have no ill will towards Sendlane.   But, it became obvious that Sendlane was a bit early on the horizon.   So I went searching for another alternative. I started reconnecting with other platforms in the space that I had checked out over the years.   One that caught me by surprise was @omnisend.   I met their Co-Founder & CEO Rytis back in 2021 and he was really cool.   I was only focused on Klaviyo at the time so I didn't end up exploring it further then.   However, it's become obvious to me that Omnisend is Klaviyo's biggest competition. They're closest to them across every measurable aspect.   And I really dig the team, their platform, and their outlook for the coming months and years.   And their success speaks for itself. They have over 125,000 ecommerce brands using them. And they have a 4.8 out 5 star rating from 5,800 companies.   They make it super easy to engage your list, drive repeat sales, and create seamless personalized experiences.   This is why I'm all-in on Omnisend. I’m joining them as a customer, advocate, and influencer. I’m switching my own newsletter and my clients over to them. And you should too!

@CTtheDisrupter With all the discounts and low margins on physical products I see BFCM more as a quick and super effective way to have a pool of customers to then transform in repeat buyers - where the real magic happens!
