On Day 6 of the VPA, students visited Notre Dame de Lorette and Bois-Carré British Cemetery before reflecting at the Canadian National Vimy Memorial. The visit to Vimy was especially meaningful, as students connected with the memorial’s significance in honoring those who served.

On #VimyDay, we join Canada in honouring the sacrifice of those who fought at #VimyRidge. This battle marked a turning point in the war. We remember the 🇨🇦3,598 lost lives, and 7,000+ wounded. Their courage helped shape the future of our shared history 🇫🇷🇨🇦.
