TMZ Founder Harvey Levin finally opens up and tells the truth about what Democrats have done to Los Angeles
“I'm not only a born and raised Los Angelino, but I'm second generation. My dad was born and raised in LA, so this is my life. And I have seen this city just fall apart over the last 8-9 years, but especially the last 4 years
The homeless problem is out of control in this city. I've been chased by people, a guy with a hammer, walking out of my gym.
He chased me with a hammer.
I had a mentally ill woman, a homeless woman, take a boulder and trash my car and I caught her doing it, and I realized there is nothing I can do. What am I going to do, get her arrested? I mean, what is that going to do? Am I going to sue her? So I literally looked at my car, watched her walk away, and said, "I live in Los Angeles…."
It's really sad when people see stuff like this happening”
I want to her very crystal clear. We DO NOT have to live like this. California and Los Angeles do not have to be like this
We have to mass deport that insane amount of illegals that have poured across the border from Mexico into California for decades and then put the homeless in mandatory treatment
But the most important thing is, new leadership. Vote Red, vote for Republicans
California elections are rigged and we all know it, illegals are voting. Fixing California elections must be a federal priority

RFK Jr. casually revealed his diet on Paul Saladino’s podcast… and it’s nothing like the “healthy” advice you usually hear.
He usually skips breakfast (intermittent fasting), eats eggs and bacon when he does have it, snacks on nuts, pistachios, and dried mango, has steak or protein for dinner, stops eating after 7pm, and refuses to count calories. No processed food, nothing with more than three ingredients.
His philosophy? Focus on food quality and eat what you want — in large amounts.
While everyone obsesses over tracking apps and restriction, RFK Jr. stays lean and energetic by keeping it simple and focusing on real food.
This was refreshing. It challenges the idea that you need to be miserable and restrictive to stay healthy.
What’s your take — could this kind of straightforward, no-tracking approach actually work better for most people than complicated diets?

Administrative assistant for the city believe her feelings trump the rights of the citizens.
In this tense encounter, an independent journalist enters city offices to exercise a basic legal right: inspecting the public records index. Under Washington state law (RCW 42.56.070), this document is required to be available for public inspection. It’s not a favor; it’s the law.
Enter Sabrina Costik, an administrative assistant who claims to be "brand new" but is already attempting to rewrite the Constitution based on her personal feelings.
The exchange highlights a growing and dangerous trend in public service—the idea that personal "traumas and triggers" override the civil rights of the public. Throughout the video, Sabrina argues that:
Her "comfort level" should dictate where a citizen stands.
Her "liberties" are being violated by a camera in a government building.
Recording her is "incredibly rude," effectively prioritizing social etiquette over the First Amendment.
The situation required the intervention of Deputy Chief Matt McKnight of the Chehalis Police Department. In a masterclass of de-escalation and legal clarity, McKnight had to explain the hard truth to his own staff: when you are a public servant in a public building, you do not have a "reasonable expectation of privacy" while performing your duties.
McKnight—who is currently campaigning for Lewis County Sheriff—remained professional, but the core issue remains: Why are public employees being put behind counters without a fundamental understanding of the Bill of Rights?
As far as McKnight, he is running for sheriff in 2026 and his understanding and respect for the rights of the citizens is everything you would want in county sheriff.
That said, as far as Sabrina, when "I’m uncomfortable" becomes a tool to suppress transparency, the public loses.

Popcorn is a universal crowd-pleaser, but taking it from the microwave to the outdoor griddle with a sweet twist elevates it to a whole new level. Turning a flat-top grill into a theater-style popcorn maker is easier than it looks, and it guarantees a dramatic, head-turning result that will stop anyone mid-scroll.
Here is how to create the ultimate sweet and salty griddle caramel popcorn that is bound to get people talking.
The Recipe & Process
To pull this off successfully, timing and heat control are everything.
Prep the Griddle: Heat the flat-top griddle to a steady medium-high heat. Apply a light layer of oil or cooking spray across the surface to ensure nothing sticks initially.
The Layout: Pour a generous amount of unpopped popcorn kernels directly onto the griddle, leaving a wide lane right down the middle. In that center lane, empty a full bag of classic hard caramel candies.
The Rich Base: Pour melted butter directly over the kernels and the caramels. The butter helps melt the candy into a smooth sauce while giving the kernels the fat they need to pop.
Season Heavily: Immediately sprinkle a generous amount of coarse kosher salt and cinnamon sugar across the entire mixture. The cinnamon adds a warm, churro-like aroma that pairs beautifully with the rich caramel.
Mix and Contain: Use griddle spatulas to quickly toss and combine the melting caramel, butter, and spices with the kernels, moving everything toward the hottest center zone of the grill. Once fully coated, close the griddle lid immediately.
The Pop: Listen closely. Once the popping sounds intensify and then begin to slow down after a few minutes, kill the heat and carefully lift the lid to reveal a massive, perfectly coated sheet of sweet and salty popcorn.
Pro-Tips for the Perfect Batch
Watch the Heat: Caramel burns quickly. If the griddle is too hot, the sugar will turn bitter before the kernels even have a chance to pop. Keep it at a true medium-mid-high and don't let it sit untended before closing the lid.
Keep it Moving: Don't be afraid to aggressively scrape and mix the hard candies as they melt. The goal is a uniform sludge of caramel and butter coating every single kernel.
Safety First: When lifting the lid at the end, stand back. A few rogue kernels will likely still be popping, and the trapped steam will be incredibly hot.
Yummy Variations to Try Next
Once the base technique is mastered, the flavor profiles are endless:
The Chocolate Drizzle: As soon as the lid is lifted, drizzle melted dark or milk chocolate over the hot popcorn and let it cool into a crispy bark.
Spicy Caramel: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or smoked paprika to the salt and cinnamon mixture for a sophisticated, sweet-heat kick.
Peanut Butter Crunch: Melt a few spoonfuls of creamy peanut butter into the caramel mixture right before closing the lid.
When to Make This & How to Pair It
This isn't just a snack; it's an event. The theatricality of opening a grill lid to a mountain of exploded popcorn makes it absolutely perfect for summer backyard barbecues, block parties, or outdoor movie nights. It's an instant core memory for kids' birthday parties, too.
Pair this crunchy, sweet treat with a refreshing, ice-cold beverage to cut through the richness of the butter and sugar. A crisp hard cider, a cold brew coffee, or a spicy ginger beer complements the warm cinnamon and deep caramel flavors beautifully.

Admiral Brad Cooper’s been in the Navy since ‘89, so 37 years of service now. He’s the head of CENTCOM and just testified this week.
He said in the 30 months before Operation Epic Fury kicked off, Iran and its proxy groups hit U.S. troops and diplomats over 350 times, basically every third day, killing four American service members and wounding nearly 200 more.
This is exactly what he was laying out before the operation started.
The Pentagon and CENTCOM tracked those attacks, but they were mostly low-level rocket and drone strikes from Iranian proxies in Iraq and Syria. A lot of them caused minor injuries or none at all.
The media was heavily focused on the Gaza war at the time, and the administration didn’t highlight the numbers publicly, probably didn’t want to take the focus off Gaza.
Admiral Cooper just laid out the full tally this week in Senate testimony. It’s classic: the public often hears about these things after the fact when someone testifies.
So the focus was to be kept on Gaza by the media.
