Chiefs got a flat out ballplayer in Jadon Canady. Right up there for me with Terrell & Ponds as one of the most highly competitive corners in the class that takes each rep personal.
He’ll fit perfectly alongside Mansoor Delane.

Defensive issues last year were due to roster - Needed to draft heavy defense to begin the draft.
Offensive issues were due to coaching - Should begin to draft offense where possible in later rounds.

Mansoor Delane allowed 7 first downs in coverage in 2025, per @PFF. The only Power 4 CB to allow fewer was Jadon Canady (5). Among 185 CB with 30+ targets in coverage.

@EDoggSmalls @bturner23 You can’t base past seasons of having no run game to a new season where you signed the Super Bowl MVP RB. Mahomes hasn’t really had a great running back so this will force teams to watch the run as well instead of being able to sell out for the pass. Pass game will be explosive

Peter Woods will never see another triple team as long as he’s on the field next to Chris Jones. May not even see a double team. Gonna be a fun one to watch. Expect his pass rush production to be much better in the pros than in was in college
