It's a really bad idea. House are expensive and a huge burden. If the markets rough they are super hard to sell.
You are FAR better off doing this.
Take the 500-1,000,000 (Etc amount).
Invest it in boring stuff.
Pay your rent from the dividends of the investments. Same safety net. None of the burden.
Sometimes people make money on their homes.
Often repairs, taxes, fees, etc make it an endless pit of money. If you are young it also locks you down hard.

Web3 gaming shouldn't be gamified tokens/NFTs If you wanna become a real web3 game you should make a GAME first (what a surprise, right?) When you create a game first It's so much easier to get actual users instead of extractors and honestly, the best time to build is now because all of the extractors are gone, there's nothing to extract from crypto gaming anymore. I will keep on believing and supporting those doing it right and pushing the space forward and so should you. We need to support the right projects more. Do you recognize these shutdowns?

"Super cycle" people have given up, quit and left.
"4-year cycle" people are waiting for the Q4 bottom to buy.
Most people are missing what is right in front of their eyes:
