@S_Nazlo @ekahau @Cisco Yes, but there is a manual workaround 🙂. Open the .esx file with 7zip, open the “accessPoints.json” and “antennaTypes.json” files and perform a replace on “Cisco Catalyst 9164” to “AP9164I” same for 9166.

Some of my old Cisco certifications were not renewed by passing the 350-401 ENCOR exam and will expire soon. Some of them have been converted, some of them no longer exist. In memory of: - CCDA - CCNA Routing and Switching - CCNA Security - CCDP - CCNP Routing and Switching

This scenario was one of the reasons Cisco’s SD-A is based on LISP controle-plane with WLC intergration.
