@MehdiHacks I see you looking at 2.4 - and if that was the only thing you cared about, us Wi-Fi nerds have a lot of different Wi-Fi spectrum analysers. Btw! Love the OmniLOG, got the same + the 30800. Good antennas, love them!

Took the Rohde & Schwarz a part, funny to see an old 386 with SIM slots. No CMOS during these times, so look at the VARTA. Found the culprit on why it doesn’t boot. @nemanjan00 @MehdiHacks - fun stuff, all these huge Rohde I learned a while back do all have a desktop PC in them.

@MehdiHacks @nemanjan00 Only this VARTA “bomb” that have leaked, so o my this. So changing this, might fix it. I do have some very old VGA for 386 I might install also, for fun. But, need to safely get his VARTA off first

It is an old CTD-52 GSM Go/No Go, pretty basic box for electronic shops who sold GSM phones in the 90s to verify if the phone is Go or NoGo

@mrTeigen Yah, they tend to do that… 🤷🏼‍♂️ As long as you route the cable down the middle, you’ll be fine at the lower frequencies, but its performance is definitely degraded at the high end 🙂

I bought a Bosch laser rangefinder, and its manual is 500 pages, in 33 languages 😐 Who even reads/needs these?

@MehdiHacks Haha! Always been like this for things sold in EU/EAA etc. Norwegian is in here somewhere, you often get two manuals, bcs there are to many languages for one book.
