After Ukrainian pilots neutralized its early combat appearances, Russia pulled it back from active operations over Ukraine — and kept the surviving fleet at bases the Kremlin assumed were beyond Ukrainian drone range. Satellite imagery from Telegram channel Exilenova+ shows Russian crews clearing the strike site and two Su-57s relocated to a different part of the apron after the hit.
