If you are a broker and sending rate confirmations, etc., to a carrier with a email address ending in gmail/yahoo/etc., you deserve the service you get or don’t get. Just got mass email from JB Hunt, bet 80% of address ended like that. 🤦‍♂️ #WheresMyFreight
