🇺🇸 The nuclear aircraft carrier Gerald R. Ford arrived at the Souda military base in Crete for repairs. Earlier, a serious fire broke out on board. According to the official version, it started in the laundry. The fire took 30 hours to extinguish. Repairs are expected to last at least a week. Die erlebe ich tagtäglich im ÖRR oder wenn ich Zeitung lese, insbesondere bei den Kommentarspalten und Leserbriefen... Es ist unglaublich wie fest Mitbürger die Augen vor offensichtlichen Missständen und deren Ursachen verschließen, bloß um nicht zugeben zu müssen, dass ihr vom den Massenmedien eingeimpftes Weltbild in Trümmern liegt...

Meine Lieben, Deutschland leidet zunehmend unter kognitiver Dissonanz, einem Zustand, in dem Realität und Selbstbild nicht mehr zusammenpassen. Während wirtschaftliche Kennzahlen, Insolvenzen, Produktionsrückgänge und Arbeitsplatzverluste eine klare Sprache sprechen, hält man gleichzeitig an Narrativen fest, die dieses Bild nicht zulassen wollen. Die Folge sind, dass Fakten relativiert werden, Probleme kleingeredet oder ideologisch umgedeutet, um das eigene Weltbild stabil zu halten. Diese psychologische Spannung führt dazu, dass notwendige Kurskorrekturen ausbleiben, nicht, weil die Probleme unsichtbar wären, sondern weil ihre Anerkennung unangenehm ist. Die „Therapie“ dagegen ist im Kern simpel, aber unbequem: konsequente Realitätssicht und schrittweise Konfrontation mit den Fakten. Das bedeutet, Zahlen und Entwicklungen ehrlich zu analysieren, Widersprüche auszuhalten und Fehlannahmen aktiv zu korrigieren. Statt Probleme zu verdrängen, müssen sie konkret benannt und in handhabbare Schritte zerlegt werden, politisch wie wirtschaftlich. Ergänzt durch offenen Diskurs, faktenbasierte Entscheidungen und die Bereitschaft, auch unbequeme Wahrheiten zu akzeptieren, entsteht wieder Handlungsfähigkeit. Denn nur wer die Realität annimmt, kann sie auch verändern.
