🎙️ The one and only Davano: "I wasn’t about to get left behind" Who are you and what drives you in Web3? - I’m a tech enthusiast whose curiosity, love for learning, and pursuit of financial growth led me into the Web3 space. What drives me is growth, both personal and collective, alongside collaboration and the opportunity to build and learn within an ecosystem that is constantly evolving. How did your crypto journey start, and what fun stuff happened during your onboarding? - My crypto journey began when I promoted a project by completing tasks in a leaderboard-style campaign. I actually gave up halfway through. A few days later, I noticed that a friend I had invited was sitting at 15th place on the leaderboard. That was my wake-up call. I locked in, asked for guidance, and realized I wasn’t about to get left behind. That moment taught me the power of collaboration and community very early on. What are you creating or developing in Web3? - Right now, I’m focused on developing myself. I’m deepening my technical knowledge of Solana, taking on volunteer roles to gain hands-on experience, and continuously sharpening my skills. My goal is simple: to become a valuable asset to any team or company I eventually work with in Web3. Which communities were part of your journey? - Before Solana, I was mainly part of a small Ethereum community. As I grew and transitioned to Solana, Solflare became home, offering learning opportunities, development, and strong connections, including life-shaping relationships with people like Hyperstrike. I’ve built meaningful friendships through Frens Factory, gained opportunities through connections with frens like Ginsu, and participated in IRL activities with Superteam NG. Being part of the Sensei community has also placed me in rooms and conversations I wouldn’t have had access to outside of Web3.
