Anyone else getting non-stop spam from freshdesk.com domains ? Somebody has been abusing their system for months now and they refuse to take action.

We did a trial of @freshdesk and really liked it. Now we upgraded to paid...... and *everything has stopped working*. We've filed a bunch of tickets w/ them to get everything fixed, but they're being very slow and unhelpful about it. May have to cancel :(

2/ So... I thought I'd check out @freshdesk. Looks like it might be a good alternative? It even claims a Zendesk import.
The import fails for unknown reasons, now the system is stuck for reasons?
Their support is... not good. Still waiting on hold here for a tech, btw. #cx

1/ I'm frustrated with @Zendesk. All I want to do is add someone to my team in a tier 2 role, but it's not easy to make that happen.
Everyone gets new ticket notifications regardless of what group they belong to.
I don't want everyone copied on allll the spam we get.

@mrgirish what does it take to sign up for @Freshworks #partnerprogram? No onboarding on filling up the website form multiple times under multiple email ids of my agency. Support tickets go unanswered. None of this can break my belief in the great products built by your teams.

@MrJSmithson_edu @freshdesk I'm pretty sure you have to licence each agent on the growth plan, but i'd be interested to know if i'm incorrect. I was planning to upgrade my techs to growth, but they've moved the satisfaction survey into the pro which I can't afford, so now considering alternatives..

@freshdesk Less than 12 hours after being charged the annual renewal, my attempt to cancel and be refunded has gone nowhere. 5 different people all refusing to refund me for a product I no longer use or need. So sad - buyer beware! #scam
