@LukeLavii @JamesSanto18 @bookiewatchdog @SurgeAus They paid bottom tote, as per their 'terms''. The rule they have used is 14.6, which says: All exotic bets will be settled at the lowest of the three TAB dividends should Victorian TAB pay greater than 100% more than either the QLD or NSW TAB.
