@captain_fatdog Probably a bit less practical than an Elephant tho, doesn't have the trunk to hold things! Got a bit caught up in creatures that wouldn't be possible as a shoulder pet or regular mount, didn't really consider functionality 😂

@captain_fatdog For SOTF, it needs tying into the main game. Seasonal leaderboards that give unique skins depending on placement, trophies you can stick in your bases. It'll never fully gain popularity with the BR crowd because it's locked behind owning a survival game, but it's a start.

@captain_fatdog If I was fully in charge with no(/few) limits? Oh so so much... I can't agree harder with anything than I do with point #5 though, Not everything needs to be a MUST TAME, and there's so many older creatures that have just been forgotten.

I don't like a lot of the choices that have been made with ASA and I feel some tough calls need to be made to get things back on track. Here's what I'd do (roughly in order):

@Raasclark I love the ability to record set movements of the camera, but for actual photos I definitely miss Ansel.

Despite how detailed it is. And it really is(Bravo). Wish we could rotate when in photo mode. I get why. And yeah, post. But I dont wanna touch them pixels innit. Long neck tames don't fill thumbs too well 🫠 Also... camera tracking? Was it planned to set a path or just guide?

@BeefaroniJones @Nekatus I honestly think it's just the timing. People are latching onto anything they can hate on atm because of the Center announcement amongst other stuff.

I think everyone's overreacting with this Oasisaur, calling it pay to win. I don't see a situation where they can make it work on the main official cluster. Like imagine your tribemate has bought it but you haven't, how does that work?

@captain_fatdog It's no different to ASE DLC's imo, if you don't own it you can't join, and I presume you won't be able to join one running the Adv. Pack too, rather than join but not interact with the creature. There was plenty of OP things in ASE DLC's already, but never called "P2W", why now?

@captain_fatdog It's extremely rare I use the gun at all, but the teleport specifically? That's going to be a no.

Does anyone actually ever use the teleport gun in GCM? I'm working on a creative mode mod and wondering whether to sack that part off. Maybe select on the map where you want to teleport instead?
