@downdetector Brightspeed is also having issues, 144 reports as of 1:28 am, called to report outage, had to confirm account the AI on the phone assistant tried to reboot my router. It couldn't so I had to, 2x, didn't work. Now been on hold for 15 minutes waiting to talk to a person.
