Congratulations, Team India. T20 World Cup Champions. 🇮🇳🏆 This victory was not just about big moments. It was about the right moments. An innings that stabilized the game. A cameo that changed momentum. A spell that crushed belief. A team that played for the result, not the spotlight. That is what champions do. And that is what high-performing teams do everywhere. At Fristine Infotech, this message feels personal. Because the strongest teams are never built only on visible brilliance. They are built on trust, discipline, execution, and people who step up exactly when the team needs them most. Sometimes the contribution that matters most is not the one that trends. It is the bug fixed before a client notices. The delivery made on time under pressure. The support call handled with patience. The extra ownership taken without being asked. The teammate who quietly protects the whole team’s momentum. No one plays for the highlight reel. Everyone plays for the scoreboard. Today, we celebrate Team India for showing the nation what a champion mindset looks like. And we also celebrate every Fristine employee who brings that same spirit to work every single day across engineering, delivery, support, operations, HR, finance, sales, and leadership. Championships are not built by noise. They are built by commitment. They are built by selfless contributions. They are built by teams that put the goal above the ego. Congratulations, Team India. And thank you, Team Fristine, for reminding us every day what team-first excellence looks like. #TeamIndia #T20WorldCup #FristineInfotech #ChampionsMindset #Teamwork #Execution #EmployeePride #OneTeamOneGoa

Congratulations, Team India 🇮🇳. T20 World Cup Champions. Samson's 89 mattered more than a hundred. Dube's 26* off 8 mattered more than elegance. Bumrah's 4/15 mattered more than headlines. India 255/5. New Zealand 159 all out. No one played for the highlight reel. Everyone played for the scoreboard. That's what separates a good team from a champion one. #TeamIndia #T20WorldCup

We treat culture like engineering: small rituals, tested often. Today’s experiment: swap the grayscale for gulal. Result: higher trust, louder laughs, and a team that’ll be back tomorrow shipping with the same energy. What’s your team’s best ritual? #Holi #FristineInfotech

Republic Day isn’t a vibe. It’s a framework. Rule of law is what makes growth possible at scale: •contracts mean something •rules don’t change overnight •winners win by execution (not access) •trust becomes a business asset That’s why stable systems outperform loud promises. In companies, it’s the same: governance > heroics process > panic accountability > “figure it out later” Happy Republic day to fellow Indians ! #RepublicDay #Business #Leadership #Trust

EU + India getting closer to a Free Trade Agreement is genuinely exciting — not just for trade, but for people: jobs, startups, students, and faster innovation. Two quick facts to show the scale: • EU–India goods trade reached ~€120B in 2024 (EU is India’s largest goods trade partner). • Services trade is already big: €59.7B in 2023. If the final FTA lands well (services + digital rules + smoother customs), the ripple effects can be huge: ✅ more EU companies building with Indian talent + more Indian firms serving Europe ✅ easier collaboration for startups & SMEs on both sides ✅ faster cross-border projects (less friction, clearer rules) ✅ stronger supply chains + more resilient tech partnerships Rooting for an outcome that builds a real EU to India “digital corridor” — and real opportunity for communities on both sides. #EUIndia #Trade #Startups #SMEs #Tech

Absolutely resonate with this, @svembu . We’re seeing the same inflection point in delivery. I often tell our clients: AI isn’t just “another tool” the way construction got better machinery. This is closer to giving every engineer a capable, always on collaborator, one that can draft, refactor, test, and iterate at a pace that changes what’s feasible. The developer’s role shifts from typing code to orchestrating outcomes: setting intent, choosing the right patterns, validating edge cases, and holding the bar on security, reliability, and maintainability. In that sense, the “conductor” analogy is spot on: one person can now coordinate complexity that previously required a full ensemble. The exciting part is not just speed: it’s the ability to build bigger digital infrastructure with smaller teams, if we stay disciplined about review, quality, and accountability. Powerful machines indeed. The implications are enormous.

Merry Christmas 🎄 If you’re reading this, take a breath. From all of us at @Fristinetech - thank you. Not for “projects.” For the human stuff: The trust. The patience. The referrals that came with a kind message. The partners who showed up when it mattered. The teams who treated us like people, not just a vendor. 2025 moved fast. Everyone felt it. So today, we’re choosing something quieter: A genuine wish that the next few days feel softer than the last few weeks. That your phone stays face-down more often than face-up. That your home feels warmer than your inbox. That you get real rest — the kind that actually resets you. A small shoutout to the communities we build alongside (including the wider @Zoho ecosystem) — grateful for the learning, the collaboration, and the energy. Merry Christmas, and a peaceful finish to 2025. See you in 2026 ✨ — Team @Fristinetech🇮🇳 #MerryChristmas #HappyHolidays #Gratitude

We just wrapped the Creator Industrial Summit in Pune. Team Fristine Infotech shared how we build practical, plant‑ready apps on @ZohoCreator and we got to host our customer partner from @EterniaSolution on a panel. Great energy in a 70+ audience of manufacturing and IT leaders. 🏭 What Zoho Creator means in simple words: A visual, low‑code platform to build web & mobile apps fast: Forms, Approvals, Checklists, Dashboards plus the power to add custom logic, work offline on the shop floor, and connect to other systems. What we showed for manufacturing: • Plan production and work orders • Track shop‑floor progress in real time • Run quality checks (incoming, in‑process, final) with closed‑loop actions • Keep machines healthy with planned maintenance & breakdown logs • Full traceability from goods receipt to dispatch • Supplier & customer portals for smooth collaboration How Fristine makes it work quickly: • Our 4D method — Discover > Design > Deploy > Drive • Reusable building blocks to cut time and cost • Ready integrations across Zoho apps and ERPs/finance (e.g., @SAP / Tally) • Operator‑first screens, training, and SLA‑backed support Outcomes we aim for: Shorter cycle times, fewer manual errors, lower rework and downtime, and clear visibility across production, quality, and maintenance. Thanks to the Zoho Creator team and everyone who joined the discussion. If you’re moving off spreadsheets or rigid modules and want a step‑by‑step way to digitise your plant, DM us for a shop‑floor‑focused demo. @ficci_india @Zoho #CreatorIndustrialSummit #ZohoCreator #Manufacturing #LowCode #Industry #Pune #FristineInfotech

@svembu completely with you. Tech resilience must run deeper than apps into OS, chips, fabs, and tools. One angle I’d add: resilience isn’t isolation. India should build for itself and for the world—self-reliant in critical layers, while creating open, interoperable rails others can plug into. UPI showed how to leapfrog: open standards, broad access, and even cross-border links (e.g., Singapore). And Indian product companies like @Zoho , Postman, BrowserStack, Icertis prove that products built here can win on global merit, not just price. The next decade can be R&D-first. Alongside PLI, outcome-oriented incentives tied to prototypes, patents, and global revenue would nudge companies toward frontier tech. Encouragingly, pieces like the ANRF, the chip Design-Linked Incentive, and PRIP for Pharma/MedTech are moving in that direction.

When a stand-up steps into the sunshine 🌞, the work shows it. This morning in Pune, one of our teams traded the conference room for the terrace canteen. Fifteen unhurried minutes. More voices. Clearer blockers. Cleaner handoffs. Next steps that just… clicked. That small change of space lifted the pace. The plan got tighter, the energy lighter. Our clients feel this in the way we deliver crisp updates, fewer surprises, steady momentum. Our future teammates feel it too trust, room to think, and a team that ships with a smile. We’ll keep choosing spaces that lift people, so people can lift the work. 🌿 #FristineInfotech #LifeAtFristine #Pune #CustomerFirst #ZohoPartner @Zoho

India 🇮🇳 may not chase the “biggest model” trophy and that’s okay. What’s interesting is the steady rise of useful, scalable #AI coming out of India that the world can learn from. Take the courts. @Adalat_AI is reducing friction where it hurts most: live transcripts as judges speak, searchable records, and fewer clerical bottlenecks. In a system with tens of millions of pending cases and a shortage of stenographers, judges using it are closing more cases per day. The KeralaHighCourt has mandated AI-based transcription for witness depositions from Nov 1, and thousands of courtrooms are already live. What stands out here isn’t hype it’s design: Trained for legal vocabulary, Indian accents, and multiple languages. Data stays in-country, models are built in-house. Client-side, judge-specific encryption keys so even if servers are compromised, records remain locked. This lines up with a broader idea many leaders have voiced (including @NandanNilekani): let others compete on ever-larger LLMs; India can lead on scaled, real-world use cases. That approach grounded in digital public infrastructure and frugal engineering can travel across borders. Good ideas do. If more systems adopt this mindset, courts today; clinics, classrooms, farms, and transit next, we’ll see AI judged less by parameters and more by outcomes: time saved, errors reduced, access widened. On-ground report by @ThePrintIndia : youtu.be/todKttY9w4s?si… Credit: @ShekharGupta @SagrikaKissu 👏 Congrats to Utkarsh Saxena and Aragya Bhattacharya at adalat.ai and to the judges and staff leaning in to test and improve it. Useful AI is built this way.

Indian🇮🇳built enterprise tech powering a German 🇩🇪 luxury brand’s dealer network isn’t just a headline, it’s a turning point. Congrats to the teams behind SKYLine (@Zoho + @MercedesBenz India). Why this matters: • Most commerce still runs through channels—dealers, resellers, service partners. • Buyers have moved digital; many channel workflows are still semi-manual. • Service is the profit engine, but data sits in different systems and teams. What’s still broken: • Siloed tools across sales, service, warranty, parts, and finance. • Little end-to-end visibility from showroom to service bay to supply chain. • Adoption and governance are hard across hundreds of rooftops. How we lean in with @Zoho at @FidigitalAus and @Fristinetech : • Industry playbooks for channel sales and service. • Disciplined project management and change management. • Integrations that connect the stack - DMS with CRM, warranty/claims with parts, scheduling with field ops, finance with analytics. What good looks like: • One customer journey from lead to repair order. • Faster warranty decisions and fewer leakages. • Higher first-time-fix, shorter cycle times. • Partners and OEMs working off the same live data. SKYLine shows what co-creation on adaptable platforms can deliver. If we keep stitching workflows end-to-end, not just digitizing islands, entire ecosystems win. India building for the world, with global 🌏 adaptability. Onwards. 👏 @FidigitalAus @Fristinetech @MercedesBenzInd

India 🇮🇳 runs on channels. From 15,000+ auto dealers to 12M+ kirana shops, our economy moves through dealer–distributor networks. As buyers shift online (and hello often starts on WhatsApp), the systems behind these networks have to level up. The new marker: a decentralised DMS on @Zoho now runs at national scale for @MercedesBenzInd India. Dealer autonomy + central standards + real-time HQ visibility. What a modern DMS should do? • One place for service and sales journeys • Real-time parts, pricing, inventory • Job cards, warranty, claims, RO tracking • Customer 360 with messaging • Technician app with bay/slot scheduling • Roles, audit, compliance, and open APIs Where we bridge the gap? • Business process re-engineering that teams adopt • Data clean-up and migration from legacy tools • Integrations (SAP/OEM cores, payments, WhatsApp) • Dealer onboarding, SOPs, change-management • Field training and playbooks • Dashboards: TAT, NPS, bay use, revenue per RO • Run, measure, improve under SLAs Why now? • Auto is a major GDP engine • 10,000+ dealerships have been upskilled on digital lead gen • Millions of retail outlets are going digital—huge headroom ahead OEMs and national distributors: we can blueprint, pilot, and scale—without breaking daily ops. I’ve paused more @ZohoOne programs before kickoff than I’ve launched. Not because Zoho is the problem, but because teams weren’t ready. The short video here makes the real decision clear: start the #ZohoOne journey now or in 12–18 months. Most teams already see the value Zoho One can replace multiple disconnected apps and put work in one place. The question is timing and how you’ll make that transition. Before you decide, run this 6-question check: 1. Who is leading it? CFO and Head of Sales should lead together, with IT supporting. 2. When were your Chart of Accounts, product catalog, and price lists last updated? If they’re old, you’ll move the mess into a new suite. 3. Are you copying the past or fixing it? Don’t lift old CRM stages and finance steps as-is. Design a clear path: lead, deal, quote, order, invoice, cash. 4. Is Procurement, Warehouse, and Service in the room? Landed cost, stock rules, returns, and SLAs need their voice so CRM quotes and orders reflect how work actually moves. 5. Have you cleaned data across CRM and Finance? Remove duplicates, fix units and tax codes, kill ghost records, and sort consent preferences before any import. 6. Did anyone say “we’ll customize later”? That usually means the fit isn’t clear. Configure first pipelines, approvals, templates. Add Creator apps only when there’s a clear win. If you’re unsure on two or more, pause. Get ownership, design, and data right then commit to the Zoho One journey with confidence. If you use @perplexity_ai at work, this is the setup we recommend. Save it for the week. 1) Two modes that actually help you work Assistant thinks with you. It reads what you’re looking at, pulls the key points, and keeps track of context. Agent does the clicks. It can schedule, fill forms, close tabs, fetch files, and ask for confirmation before anything sensitive. 2) A calmer inbox Connect Gmail or Outlook. Let it sort mail into “To respond,” “FYI,” and “Notifications.” Schedule meetings from inside the thread. Reply in your voice so your tone stays consistent. 3) Less tab hopping Ask in one place: “Summarize the last few hours of email,” “What changed in docs mentioning ‘pricing’ since yesterday,” or “Show me today’s tasks and meetings.” You stay in the chat instead of jumping between apps. 4) Faster meeting prep “Prep me for the 3 pm review: current numbers, open issues, and decisions we need.” “Pull past emails with this client and any recent news about them.” You walk in ready, not rushing. 5) Turn routines into one-step actions Shortcuts you can trigger quickly: /prep-next-meeting, /client-followup, /weekly-status, /schedule-team-meeting. Set Tasks to run on a schedule for daily or weekly digests, competitor updates, or policy changes you care about. 6) From notes to finished work Use Labs to turn rough notes into a clean brief, doc, or deck. Use Spaces to keep examples of your best work so new outputs stay on brand and consistent. 7) Real work, not just faster busywork Market scans, vendor comparisons, policy summaries, quick data checks, and first-draft proposals. You get answers with sources and a starting point you can refine. 8) Where we’ve seen wins Performance reviews with real activity data and a simple growth plan. Business development: research people, draft outreach, assemble a short proposal. Sales enablement: quick one-pagers and decks that match your brand. Try this week 1.Run /prep-next-meeting before every call. 2.Set a daily Task for a 7-minute priorities + news digest at 8:30 am. 3.Use Labs to turn raw notes from one meeting into a neat, shareable deck. Our take at @FristineTech The best results come from pairing the two modes. Let the Assistant help you think. Let the Agent handle the clicks. We use this pattern across @Zoho and AI workflows for clients so teams spend less time juggling tools and more time moving work forward. #AIatWork #Perplexity #Productivity #WorkflowDesign #FristineInfotech

At India scale, even short outages hit revenue, SLAs, and trust. Don’t wait. Keep a warm fallback on @CatalystByZoho which is on-shore options, security at Zoho scale, and the building blocks to stay open (auth, payments, comms, status). Start minimal, prove the path, and rehearse failover until it’s muscle memory. For banks/NBFCs, healthcare, logistics, and high-scale SaaS, we’ll design a cost-sensible, compliant standby that protects critical user journeys. #IndiaTech #Uptime #MultiCloud #ZohoCatalyst #FinServ #SaaS

It showed how much of the web depends on one provider. Apps across social, finance, and productivity @Xero among them—felt the shock. And yes, the joke on X made the rounds: “the internet is just an AWS wrapper.” Funny, but also a useful mental model for dependency risk. My view as an operator: don’t overreact; design for concentration risk. What this incident reinforces: Correlated failure is the enemy. If your whole stack shares one failure domain, you’re accepting platform risk as business risk. User journeys matter more than components. Keep the ability to sign in, pay, and get support—even if everything else degrades. Governance over heroics. Clear RTO/RPO targets, practiced runbooks, and real drills beat “we’ll scramble if it happens.” Practical resilience patterns I’ve seen work: Split failure domains. Keep your primary on a hyperscaler, but maintain a minimal viable failover on an independent stack (e.g., @CatalystByZoho , which runs its own tech—from data centers to identity/security—so an AWS/Azure incident is less likely to share the same blast radius). Separate critical comms. Host status pages, essential forms/APIs, and support comms on the alternate stack to retain customer trust during an event. Data residency by default. For regulated markets, choose an alternate platform with on-shore regions to avoid scrambling during an incident. Cost discipline. Treat standby like insurance: lean, automated, regularly exercised—small steady cost, large downside protection. Handy checklist: List the flows that must stay up (auth, payments, help). Map them to a dual-provider design with explicit RTO/RPO. Automate cutover and rehearse it (tabletops + live tests). Measure what matters: user-visible SLOs during failover, not just infra metrics. To be clear, this isn’t “leave AWS” or “choose X over Y.” It’s about de-risking correlated outages. One viable approach is keeping a warm path on Zoho Catalyst because it’s a different stack with straightforward pricing and broad regional presence. The principle is vendor-agnostic: diversify failure domains, keep essentials alive, and practice the playbook. Outages will happen somewhere. The goal isn’t unbreakable; it’s graceful degradation that protects users, revenue, and trust. #AWS
