I don’t have a bias, my knowledge is based on my real world education and experience and insider knowledge. The CEO might not be a bad guy but is no different than a Real Estate Salesperson. If you had the same insider knowledge that I have. You’d probably share my same position, not here to ruin your fun. Just provide you legitimate insight which is now on sale for just $30.
