That sounds easier than I found it to be. Personally I'm about the same level of not hungry at ~150g protein per day regardless of whether I'm in a surplus or a deficit. In a deficit if I don't make protein numbers, I'm ravenous. My friends start to look like meat like in the cartoons.

Think about it differently. Discipline is hard. Habits are easy. Build small, incrementally better habits one at a time. Habit #1: Get a step tracker and check it every day until it's just a thing you do. Set up an alarm daily if you have to. Habit #2: Get 10k steps every day until it's just a thing you do. If that's too much at first, work up to it. Don't try to do anything else while building a new habit. Don't worry about what comes next until you're doing 10k steps. ------------- Dudes will start tracking calories, weighing daily, cut down to 1200cal/day, cardio, and lifting all at once and crash out after 5 weeks and say it doesn't work. Bro you didn't get fat in 5 weeks. You're not gonna get unfat in 5 weeks. You have to find the pace sustainable for you.

@amuse @indexnforgetit People who don't paint think you just throw some paint on with a roller and you[re done. Most of the work is prep work, masking, taping, surface prep, etc. A real painter will use a spray rig and have a bunch of equipment and materials the average homeowner isn't aware of.
