What is better, to have 500 fans pay UGX 15,000 or to have aggressively look for 5000 fans paying UGX 8,000. Premium pricing can get you UGX 7.5M while economies of scale through volume pricing can bring in UGX 40M. Rugby has to meet economic realities at some point.

From this you can clearly see the problem in Uganda rugby The conversion rate from school rugby to club rugby is so low hence the persistent issue of a small pool of players for coaches to pick from for National Teams
