@Fromthecomment Emotional intelligence doesn’t switch off in professionalism. It’s necessary actually. ANYONE who mistreats their partner but bends over backwards to impress others does lack emotional intelligence because they’re mistaking the comfort and familiarity as an excuse to act poorly.

I am not saying men who can’t regulate their emotions shouldn’t get help. I’m simply saying no amount of emotional training will equate men to women. However, I do know there are ways a man can and should bond which are far from feminine. What I see today is more of a call to feminisation than emotional development
