@sloth__tv I see. The PC version will be mouse controlled so you will need to point your mouse on the grid. However, the grid can be hidden from the settings. I see your point, the game can be mudded to also work on a "Joystick" based controls or (WASD), but the combat will still need Mouse

@FrontlineGmsSe Just the hexagon grid aspect. I'd rather be able to move around freely with the stick and engage combat via proximity. Though if the hexagonal grid appeared for combat that wouldn't be a big deal to me either. I just like the freedom to go around exploring and scavenging

@sloth__tv Greetings, by "gridbased" you are referring to the turn based playstyle? Or the grid (hexagons) used to position the units?

@FrontlineGmsSe I love everything about this. But if there's any way at all to include a non-gridbased playstyle, that would be nice too. The grid was the main thing I couldn't get into with classic Fallout.

@Saltytowel True, true, the scale still needs some work. Yes, the character has a car in this game, you don't drive it directly but it's there and it also acts as extended inventory so you can store more items on longer runs. Cheers!

@FrontlineGmsSe Love the vibes, definitely needed a good Fallout 2 like game. One artistic suggestion, adjust the size of character or cars and other object so it look relatively like the character could potentially drive a car like that. Right now, it feels like the guy is huge.

@suicideswanky Yes, this is just early Alpha, there are blending layers that will apply. In this case the rays don't touch the character enough, but good catch!

@B4DC0FFEE Vacuum tubes process and amplify electrical signals (like in guitar amplifiers), whereas Nixie tubes act as digital readouts for numbers. [1, 2, 3]

@88mmgames please look up how nixie tubes work, the project looks cool but those tubes at the sides of the dialogue screen are very AI-sloppy, they make no sense at all
