Good morning! A quick update this morning as I am traveling… not much has changed with the forecast. Temps are in the 50s for most this morning and you will run into patchy valley fog. If you’re in a higher elevation, it’s a beautiful view looking down on the fog sitting in the valleys. A decent looking week coming up. Quite a bit warmer today but not as muggy as it was yesterday afternoon. Tomorrow is the warmest day of the week with moderate humidity as well, then we cool back down late week. Generally fair weather through the period. There is a chance for an isolated thunderstorm Wednesday evening/night and a few more widely scattered showers later on Thursday favoring eastern CT, RI, and eastern MA. I am continuing to keep my eye on a disturbance Saturday. At this point I don’t think it’s a big deal - with a few scattered showers Friday night into Saturday…but it does not look like a washout and we should see some sun too.

With an omega block taking shape later this week, a compact and potent ULL will likely move through New England and bring rain and an anomalously cold airmass. As of right now Saturday is looking *extremely* raw and COLD!
