< @LunaCarpetFloor agreed to refund our deposit on May 14 & said it would take 1-7 days. Been 5 weeks & nothing. 45 mins on hold. Called, got someone else, transferred 3x because they can't help. Get it together! Have some integrity & release our $$$! @bbb_us

NEVER use @LunaCarpetFloor . No integrity. They'll drag their feet on ur dispute & hold ur $ hostage. Even when they say they'll refund ur $, they disappear, don't return calls & when u call someone else 2 check, they leave you on hold perpetually until u just give up. @bbb_us >

What's up w @SteveMadden? We paid extra 4 expedited shipping so shoes 4 graduation would arrive YESTERDAY. Website says "order unfulfilled" & customer service is closed until MONDAY? Kid freaking out. U ruined her grad day! EPIC FAIL! Way to go! Last purchase from Steve Madden!

@sheratonhotels Worst reservation exp ever! Had to change my reservation & they charged me nearly double the rate! Like making a new reservation & providing all info again! I'll think twice next time before I stay at one of these properties!
