NEW: Netanyahu’s viral "I'm alive" video was filmed at the Sataf Cafe in Jerusalem. The cafe even posted about it on Instagram. But a picture I found of their staff doesn't show the female barista that was featured in Bibi's video, and journalists that have since visited the caffe haven't seen her. It's certainly possible she doesn't work there, and was just used as an actress on set. If anyone in Israel actually knows who she is, feel free to reach out. For now, the saga continues...

India's popular NDTV outlet visited the Jerusalem's Sataf Cafe the other day and confirmed that the Prime Minister Netanyahu visited and filmed a video there. So to sum it up: Bibi is very much alive and well, and there's now a popular coffee shop in the beautiful hills of Jerusalem.

Update: According to MAKO, one of Israel’s popular news sites, she is a 17-year-old girl and this was only her second shift ever at Sataf Cafe. Due to the huge excitement, she opened an X (Twitter) account that same night and wrote: “זאת אני כן חחחחחחחחחח רק שאני לא בריסטה רק לקחתי את ההזמנה” → “That’s me yes hahaha but I’m not a barista, I just took the order.” Her parents contacted MAKO and asked to keep her full name and privacy protected. The cafe confirmed the frenzy and noted she was a very new/temporary helper, not a regular full-time staffer. The news article also clarified that only the image below on the left is real and from the viral video, the one on the right was an AI image that spread on X.

The owner was interviewed on one of the Israeli channels (I think it was Channel 14, you can easily find it on YouTube, he was masked because he’s on active reservist duty). He said she’s a minor, that it was only her second shift, and that she wasn’t comfortable with the exposure. So it could very well be that she’s laying low for a while. Not everyone is interested in publicity. And to be honest, if I were that girl’s parent, I would absolutely support protecting her privacy.
