Post zbiorczy na wasze rady w sprawie budowy/kupna domu Zbliżam się wielkimi krokami to etapu o nazwie "sadzenie drzewa i budowa domu". W związku z tym pytanie kieruję do osób, które w ostatnich latach zbudowały, kupiły, budują, kupują lub orientują się w temacie: jakie rady możecie dać? Na co uważać, dobre protipy, przereklamowane i niedocenione elementy domu, jakie drzewka na działkę etc. Wolę uczyć się na czyichś błędach ;) Chciałbym mieć w przyszłości domek z działką (nie musi być 5ha, ale fajnie, żeby dzieci mogły pobiegać po trawce, pokopać piłkę etc.). Ile będzie dzieci? Ile Bóg da, ale fajnie byłoby mieć 4-5 (i raczej nie więcej, bo logistyka zaczyna się strasznie komplikować już przy tej liczbie...).
