Brian BLT Bardsley is now openly crediting the honesty and detective work of Yuri Bukhenik. In an interview where Lucky Loughran said he saw a Ford Edge and no body outside Brian Albert’s house, Bukhenik chose to focus on the fact that he assumed I recorded my interview with Lucky 2 days before, which I then wrote about. Bukhenik did this to distract from the fact that he should be looking for that Ford Edge, and instead was looking for ways to get me for reporting on it. BLT seems to think highly of the detective work done by Bukhenik, which makes sense since he is now friendly with all the people who want Karen Read in jail for life.

Karen Read Retrial 💥 I have SERIOUS QUESTIONS RE: Juror #12 Went into deliberations leaning guilty. However-she was looking for a piece of evidence-a "BIG PART" & the rest of the jurors apparently did NOT help her find it-NOR did they ask the court. THE RESULT? Reasonable doubt.

I’ve been saying this from the start! There is No reason the blood would also be down his shirt in the dront if he didn’t hit his head till the “fall” . Blood doesn’t do that. Also what about the throw up? In the front of him and even in his boxers. When did that happen? He was obviously sat up at some point! Let’s ask AFKR if there is a logical explanation and not a “that’s all they have”. Just give us a plausible explanation.

One of the most underestimated factors in the investigation or lack there of, into John O’Keefe’s death, was the lack of blood at the scene. He lost half of the blood in his body. For many reasons, we can rule out a car accident. One of which is that blood would have either saturated into the ground or collected into a frozen or semifrozen pool. I was told by a source who did work in that basement, that there is a full bath. I believe that is where he was brought. That would also explain why the floor had been stripped down to plywood. #karenread #johnokeefe

Lara -- you are off a bit on the facts. The hoodie was swabbed in multiple places with 2 swabs. It was not a long swipe; it was along the areas where the hoodie was damaged. An inhibitor is not blood. An inhibitor degrades the DNA, normally blood or saliva. They were not looking for blood from a dog, they were looking for saliva. The DNA in saliva degrades faster than blood.

Proctor kept the clothing (alongside the taillight) for SIX WEEKS before bringing it to the MSP Crime Lab, and not tested for dog DNA for another year. “Inhibitors present.” Blood and time will degrade the effectiveness of DNA testing. Adam Lally failed to preserve tissue samples from John O’Keefe’s right arm, which look like dog bite injuries to any rational person. Chloe the missing dog caused John’s arm injuries. Proctor went to great lengths to prevent successful DNA testing.
