A lot of them were even privileged communications. They had to filter through all 70k to find relevant texts, and most of the texts weren't allowed to be used by them eventually.

JD had more evidence in that trial and was able to prove his case this time, that's the reality.

In the US, HE had to prove the allegations were false with a 51% probability, then had to prove the other 5 elements, then had to prove actual malice.
