@imyjimmy i want to push back on this. in many cases POC went on to thrive after their experiences at @dosomething and @CrisisTextLine DESPITE the abuse we endured. we may not have benefitted from the nepotism Nancy practiced but we found our own way.

In retrospect it really does seem like most of the white women in Nancy’s inner circle went on to better careers while POC in the org suffered #NotMyCrisisTextLine
