DoSomething has also confirmed no disciplinary action will be taken against staffers that walked out. All 24 of us will be returning to work tomorrow morning. #DoSomethingDidSomething

#DSWalkout just proactively filed an Unfair Labor Practice Charge against @dosomething with the @nlrb. We won’t let them jeopardize or discourage our rights as workers by weaponizing unlawful employee handbook language. We’re serious about making our voices heard.

We don’t feel that this investigation can be considered conclusive (though even in its limited scope, it did find issues re: “professionalism, staffing, and inclusion”), and it certainly shouldn’t be used to justify @ariairene’s continued leadership.

Metrics and external image shouldn't come before staff safety and wellbeing. We deserve an empowering, equitable workplace where expectations are appropriate, staff is supported, and the right kind of work is prioritized.
