BREAKING: U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan not only just declined to excuse Donald Trump from author E. Jean Carroll’s defamation trial. He also threw major shade toward Trump’s attorneys. Trump’s legal team had alluded that appearing in court was difficult for Trump because he was a former president. Kaplan reminded them he’s already been indicted and sued many times. The court “is entirely confident that the United States Marshals Service and the City of New York will do their parts in securing (Donald Trump’s right to testify), just as they REPEATEDLY have done in other cases involving security concerns." Ouch! Let’s go!! Jean Carroll deserves JUSTICE!
