When PlayStation 5 launched, there was a lot of controversy in the community due to the lack of native games. For months, that was still the reality, and many of the available titles were essentially adapted from the PS4. Now imagine building in Web3, against all odds, in a still immature space, building everything from scratch. We are still early, but we are at the beginning of a revolution in Web3 gaming - and PSG1 is the first step into it 👾

I’ve played @Playsolana Origin for about 10 hours now and I’m already in love with the vision of what this game can become. I defeated the final boss and collected all the pages (I won’t say more to avoid spoilers). My dragon is level 26. Sometimes things are a bit buggy, like the swap function or, as many people have mentioned, connecting your @playsolananft (I personally haven’t this issue with that yet). But it’s already very clear that @PlaySolana has the perfect foundation to build a long-lasting game with continuous updates and new features. The possibilities are endless. It could become a mix between a community hub and the online Pokémon experience we’ve always wanted. And we have to remember: we’re still early, and this is the first gaming console project on Solana, guys. This isn’t a pump-and-dump coin. This is something I want to keep investing in for the next 10 years. I’m always thinking far ahead, but I can’t help imagining what PSG2, PSG3, PSG4, and so on will look like. How far will the game evolve by then? Which blockbuster gaming studios will get involved? Which game designers will eventually join @PlaySolana? The list of possibilities is long. For now, thank you 🙏🏼 It’s been so many years since a handheld device made me feel like a kid again. Thanks to the PSG1, I’m more convinced than ever! Regards from Munich! 🫡

When I was maybe 20 and in college my Uncle called me out of the blue one day and asked, “What are we going to do about your parents?”. I was completely lost and asked very confused what he meant. He told me, “They haven’t paid their rent in months and are going to be evicted”. My Mom just had a major heart attack, open heart surgery, and couldn’t work and my father’s job of years and years where he busted his ass was outsourced to India. They had no job, no money, and kept it from me not to worry me. I was a broke college student at the time and couldn’t do much to help them. I hung up with my Uncle and immediately called my parents freaking out. What are we gonna do? Where are they were gonna live? I remember my Mom being so calm on the phone. She kept telling me to settle down but I couldn’t stop crying. My parents were going to be homeless! I’ll never forget what my Mom said next. “I don’t care if we’re sleeping in our car at a bus stop as long as I have your father”. In that moment hearing my Mom say that, my idea of love changed forever. The love and loyalty I wanted from someone would never be anything less than what my parents have for over 50 years now.
