Democrats illegally rammed through a partisan power grab that violated House resolutions, ignored the Virginia Constitution’s strict timing rules for amendments, skipped mandatory code requirements, and stuck voters with flagrantly misleading ballot language designed to deceive them into thinking it was about “fairness.” Judge Hurley didn’t “erase” 2.5 million votes — he correctly ruled the entire Democrat scheme void from the start because you don’t get to bypass the Constitution and then cry “democracy” when a court calls you on it. That’s not an activist judge. That’s the rule of law. Funny how Democrats suddenly hate “activist judges” when one enforces the Constitution against their leftist power play.
