@EricLDaugh Paxton has the worst odds in a general election but the best in primaries. This tells you everything you need to know about the current state of MAGA

@_InfoGram_ I mean this makes sense. it makes gerrymandering meaningless and forces people to vote for the best candidate and not be so focused on party. I

The COLLAPSE of the Liberal party is in motion after Mark Carneys pipeline announcement today. The only party in Canada that will deliver on a brand. New pipeline is the conservatives. This could be the end of Mark Carney’s rule over Canada

So let me get this straight… Canada is supposed to go fully electric while the rest of the world moves away from Net Zero policies and ramps up oil, gas and coal production? How exactly does destroying our own energy sector “save the planet” if global emissions keep rising anyway? Mark Carney is already warning Canadians they’ll need to “sacrifice more” and if we get it wrong, energy prices could become astronomical. So the plan is to cripple our own industry… then import foreign oil and gas at higher prices? This may be the most absurd economic strategy Canada has ever embraced. How did Canadians get stuck with Mr. Net Zero?

@YEGWhisper Quebec complied with the laws in place at the time. Things changed, Alberta has to comply with current laws. If Quebec had a referendum today they’d have to follow the same laws.

@FunPolice09 Show me the results from Quebec’s First Nations engagement. Precedent isn’t that hard to understand. It also works the other way. Do you think Quebec separatists will be happy with this ruling? Actually, give it some thought.

@CoryBMorgan choice number 1 forces her to go on record with her support for separation, which is bound to fail and could cost her the leadership regardless. She wants the question on the ballot but doesn’t want to be on record saying it.

The choices are simple and stark. Premier Smith can schedule a referendum as per the Clarity Act & Supreme Court reference case. Or she can fight for her political life as members work to remove her. I prefer choice number one. youtu.be/IdGhFK7ZuIM

@YEGWhisper @MrVinland @globalnews If that law did not exist, then the judge would not have any justification for stopping the petition. The law the judge referenced was there before the petition even started and guess what… its still there today

@globalnews How can just a few dominate the majority. First Nations natives are a bunch of grifters. They can stay within Canada and not separate with Alberta. Finished. This judge was a liberal and far left didn’t expeymuch else. Horrible.

@tpaplinski @globalnews The 300 000 signatures were not verified with latest developments, it looks like a good portion of them might be fake. If it didn’t get quashed today, it was going to happen regardless once the privacy breach investigation is over. The whole thing is a mess

@globalnews Petition people. No one has voted anything, this is the instrument to call for a vote. Over 300,000 Alberta Voters were silenced. This court decision resolves nothing and may make the environment worse for it.
