@honeybunwife The mall of America has a bunch of pokemon go stuff, my buddies and I used to hang there during events. We play basketball at a local elementary school during the summer, and volleyball at a university. Sometimes strangers join us. Just go outside lol.

@CameronCorduroy I don't think she's being stupid. If Iran became a stable democracy somehow the whole Middle East might stabilize, they've been a disruptive influence in Iraq, Lebanon, amd other places.
I think she's overly optimistic about the odds of this ending well.

If that person voted blue, and enough people in key states like them did, policy would be different. Abstaining is against your interests if you have loans.

This man is flat out telling us to our faces that student loan forgiveness is a CONCESSION he is willing to sacrifice if it buys your vote. And not a policy he actually agrees with or wants to do to help the working class. They view us as a kid begging for one of your chips that you say "Here DAMN" to. And any unwillingness to capitulate to their demands becomes justification to reneg on their concessions.
These are not our friends or allies.

I remember a viral post back in 2024. A guy had woken up to find all his student loans were wiped out by Biden. He was shocked and elated at this life changing event. He then went on to say that he was absolutely NOT voting for Biden in the 2024 election. A tough lesson learned.
