I put in the same request on 13 Nov 2025 and have followed up via phone over 10 times, but I am told it has been escalated. 2 months later, still being escalated????

@WorldEdServices is taking over 2 months and counting to sort out a log in issue. Customerservice is apparently disconnected from IT. This is supposed to be a base issue which most companies sort out in minutes (username/password) issues

I put in a request on Mon, 6 Jun 2022, that I am unable to access the email address used for the username to log into my WES account. I followed up with several forms on your contact us page but did not yet get any response.

Apparently i have to fill a form which i have, and call over 15 times which I have—yet no supervisor to speak to, no resolution, no direction on what to do

@WorldEdServices I have already contacted you over 10 times via phone. I am unable to use the contact form as i need to log in prior to contacting. I do not have my log in details which is the issue i need WES to sort out
