My philosophy always was simple. If you don’t like your opponents “showboating” or rubbing it in or celebrating in ways you don’t like, beat them. You lose the right to complain when they beat you. I have the same opinion about late points in a blowout win in the NBA.

Tottenham’s relegation to the championship will serve as a warning to everyone about the dangers of corporate greed. That stadium has literally killed us.

"Any regrets about the choice of goalkeeper?" "No, I would do it again." Mikel Arteta defends Kepa Arrizabalaga's mistakes in Arsenal's Carabao Cup final defeat to Man City.

"We don't have the revenue of other clubs… the rules have made it very difficult." 👀 "I don't know a team that wouldn't suffer from that." 😳 "Losing Alex [Isak] last summer was a considerable blow." 😓 Pressure mounts on Eddie Howe after defeat in the Tyne-Wear derby 😬

🚨 Álvaro Arbeloa: “We have to use the power of friendship. The power of family!”.

Problem is that a lot of people don’t enjoy sports or the athletes. They’re watching to start or win arguments against a bunch of other losers. That’s why everything has to be extreme. Everyone’s overrated. They can’t even discuss players they like without putting another down.

Tomorrow will really be a passing of the baton. When Pep came to England, the Carabao vs Wenger was the first trophy he won after going through a trophyless year that had people doubting him. It signified the beginning of a dynasty. ⬇️

Josep Pep Guardiola Sala you’re a genius

This will be like Klopp going for the Quad in his final season & leaving in shame with just the league cup, Pep will rightfully celebrate tonight but in May he’ll look back & feel like he didn’t get what he wanted. We have to keep our eyes on the prize, if we win the league cup & nothing else we’d see it as failure, if we win the PL & nothing else we’ll see it as the best season in 22 years. This needs to be a lesson for them, channel It.

My biggest worry is that this will spill into our league campaign

Just to put things into perspective - This is our first loss in cup games all season. - This is our fourth loss all season. We are in March. - We are still 9 points ahead of City with just 7 games to go. Don’t let one bad performance and result change the fact we are very very close to achieve something special this season. Use this loss as a fuel to win the rest of the games.
