Feeling better this morning, sun is shining and there's finally no snow. Funerals and tears are behind me. The one family member in ICU is doing much better, so thats a relief. Moving forward to better days and success.

Started this MaiTai plush last summer as a practice piece and have been slowly picking at it over the months. I spent my mom’s last birthday handsewing the legs stripes while we watched her shows so I thought I would pick it up to distract myself after everything this week..

@sodayeena Lists lists lists and something fun to mark off a completed task! Alot of reward systems for even mundane chores helps create a train to completing other maybe more daunting tasks. Ive been recently diagnosed in the last 2 years but its def been a lifetime of struggle. Learning

A bit different from my normal posts but.. Recently diagnosed with ADHD and struggling a bit. Waiting for meds etc but in the meantime, does anyone have any good advice for coping day to day with it? Please no ‘do exercise’ ‘meditate’ I need crazy things that work for you 😭🧡

This last week has been absolute hell. Between two family losses, a pet loss, and being super ill on top of it all, straight up ass. It HEAVILY delayed me, I do apologize. Im not daisy fresh, but I am feeling well enough to get back to work tomorrow and back online. Lets go.
